Breakfast

Snacks between breakfast and lunch
  • Snacks should contain; drink 400ml of water, an apple, or a banana, or an orange, or one piece of any fruit you like. Just one piece.
Lunch
  • Have 2 glasses of water 30 minutes before lunchtime
  • Your lunch should contain; a large bowl of salad before right before lunch, no dressings or mayonnaise or any oily stuff. It should be plain old lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, a teaspoon of olive oil , a lemon and a pinch of salt. Remember you must eat this salad right before lunch.
  • You can also have soup before lunch, but remember, no oil or butter!

Snacks between lunch and dinner

Dinner

  • You must eat your dinner before 6 o clock

  • Try to make some time for a 2 mile walk at least 3 times a week, its not really hard to do.
  • Try as hard to stay away from white bread as much as you can.
My method
 
Breakfast
  • Drink 2 glasses of water with one whole lemon right after brushing your teeth, wait 1 hour then have anything light for breakfast.
Snacks
  • 2 pcs of any kind of fruit you like, and another 2 glasses of water.
Lunch
  • Have 2 glasses of water
  • Have a plate of salad, a bowl of any kind of soup you like, eat as much food as you can, because this is your last meal of the day.
Snacks
  • 2 glasses of water and an apple.
Dinner
  • Your dinner should be before 5 o clock , it should contain, a plate of salad and 2 glasses of water.
That’s it!
I have been losing weight with this method, it works great for me. I don’t have the time to make separate foods for me and my kids. Although I lose a little less then the doctors method, I feel that this way, I am relaxed with my diet and I have gotten used to it. I can eat whatever I want and still lose weight!
