star fruit

Star fruit– star fruit contains a neurotoxin that affect the brain and nerves. Safe consumption limit is around 85 ml.

Elderberries– if consumed unripe and under cooked could lead to diarrhea and in severe cases may cause seizures.

Wild mushrooms– death cap, deadly Web cap,  destroying angels are poisonous mushrooms that if eaten may cause life threatening illnesses that could lead to death, be very careful when picking or buying mushrooms, poisonous symptoms include, abdominal pain, nausea, Diarrhea and vomiting, severe cases are liver, kidney and heart damage.

Bean sprouts– are known for harboring the e-coli, salmonella and the listeria bacteria, therefor should be handled with care while preparing.

milk

Unpasteurized milk– is likely to contain the e coli, salmonella and listeria bacteria, it’s best to consume packaged milk.

leafy greens

Leafy greens– spinach, lettuce and cabbage if not washed properly may result in contracting the e coli, Noro virus and salmonella.

potato leaf

Potato leaf– try never to eat green raw potatoes or drink potato leaf tea because they are poisonous.
